Refunds & Returns

We are extremely confident that you will love the products you receive from us so much that you will never even have to click on this page! However, some of our products are fragile and although we take every care when packing you orders once they leave us damage may occur in transit. If we had our way we would float your order to you on a cloud.

Please get in touch if you need to request a refund or return within 7 days of delivery. You will be asked to snap a quick picture if the item is faulty. We will only be able to accept returns of new, unopened items that have been delivered within the last 30 days. 

In the rare case of a return please contact Soak and we can give you everything you need to know on how to return your items. Refunds will typically be issued within 14 days of receiving your items back to us.
